    What is the "Jernigan Concept"?

    The Jernigan Concept is the belief that the cost of providing exceptional service 
    is the same, whether the property sells for $100,000 or $700,000.

    Simply put, we felt it no longer made sense to charge a commission based on sales price. 
    And that´s the basis of our business model.


     
     

    Why did you decide to do business in this way?

    For years, it has concerned us that, based solely on sales price, our clients had to
    pay more for a transaction that was usually less difficult to market, than a
    lower priced property. And usually a successful outcome was more assured.
    We believed that this business concept would allow us to serve
    the best interest of our clients.


     

    How does it work?
     Our Seller clients pay a flat listing fee of $4,000, 
      plus a brokerage fee,
    to be paid to a cooperating (selling) broker.

    This fee is set by the seller and advertised in the multiple listing service.
     Fees are paid when the property closes.


    Our Buyer clients receive 25% of our selling commission at closing.


     
     

    You´re not a discount broker?

    No.
    Unlike "discount brokers" who provide a limited set of services for certain fees,      
    when you list your home with us, our company provides
    full service at a flat fee. This includes the services that traditional firms provide.  
    So when deciding on a Realtor, please compare us to other
